The Solution

Traditionally reserved for enterprise clients (1,000–10,000 users), we refined the platform for healthcare groups scaling across 5 to 100+ sites.

Implementation Journey

The first acquisition was a group of five clinics in the Adelaide Hills—practices already under CyberSquad IT support. We migrated these clinics fromMedical Director to Best Practice, Better Medical’s preferred PMS, and consolidated the databases into a single shared instance.

Following the acquisition, CyberSquad was engaged to migrate the group’s 1,000+ mailboxes from a legacy hosted Microsoft Exchange system toMicrosoft 365 Exchange Online.

This large-scale national project involved:

• Deep planning, staging, and infrastructure validation
• Seamless cutover of all head-office and clinic mailboxes
• Coordinated timing with internal IT teams and management
