Unlocking Best Practice Patient Files

 

The unlock BP visits script allows you to unlock patient files which have been locked and are inaccessible. The error received will be “This patient record is locked and in use on workstation XXX”

Please contact our help desk on 1300 300 497 if you do not have the Unlock BP Visits icon on your desktop.

 

Double click the Unlock BP Visits con on your desktop

When the utility opens, click on the 3 … to the right

Select Computer on the left hand side and then double click on Local Disk (C:)

Double click BPScripts

Double click RemoveLockedVisits

5

 

Click Run

6

 

Any locked patient files will be released
