To lock down and save your printer settings for Medical Director please follow the below guide.
Note if you cannot see the icon referenced in step 4, please contact us to have the solution implemented.
1. Open and log into Medical Director Clinical
2. Select ‘Tools’ from the top menu then select ‘Print Options…
3. You will be presented with a ‘Print Options’ box like the one below. Go through and select the printers, trays, and options that you would like to set, then click save and close down Medical Director Clinical
4. Double click on the icon ‘Lock MD Printers’ on the desktop
5. A command prompt dialog box like the following will display
6. Hit any key once advised and you’re all done
