Spam & Email Tools for CyberSquad Hosted Accounts

HorizonMail and CyberMail clients have access to CyberSquad IT’s User Portal to manage email quarantine, whitelist and blacklist.

The User Portal is available at https://portal.cybersquad.com.au.

 

Logging in to the User Portal

To login to the portal navigate to https://portal.cybersquad.com.au in your browser (note the https).

Login with your full email address as the username and your mailbox password. For clients with a hosted desktop service this will be the same password you use to access your desktop. If you have trouble logging in please contact our helpdesk.

 

Using the User Portal

Once logged in to the User Portal you will have a navigation menu up the top left hand corner.

Mail Quarantine will display all emails which are held in quarantine for your account. These are emails which the system suspects are spam but hasn’t automatically deleted so they can be reviewed.

Each email will have a dropdown box to the left, here you can select to either view, download, permanently delete, whitelist or release the email. If release is selected the email will be sent on to your inbox automatically.

Mail log will display a list of all incoming emails for your account.

Sender Whitelist (e.g. ignore spam filtering) and sender Blacklist (e.g. block all emails) addresses can be added by clicking the red plus sign, typing an email address then clicking the green tick.

Note you can use a wildcard by typing a * before the @ sign (e.g. *@something.com). A wildcard will mean any email address from that domain will be effected.

To edit or delete an entry click either the paperclip or red X sign

When you have finished using the User Portal either click the Log Out button and or close the window.
